VSV Motors 4535 — a powerful brushless electric motor designed for use on 700-class helicopters and fixed-wing UAV platforms operating with 14-cell lithium-polymer batteries. Maximum continuous power up to 6110 W allows the motor to be used effectively in large aviation platforms where stable propulsion performance, high reliability and endurance under continuous load are required.

Optimized 45×35 mm stator design and N52H arc-shaped neodymium magnets provide efficient motor operation even under high loads. The stator core is made of 0.2 mm electrical steel to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal eddy-current losses. The winding is made with double-insulated wire with heat resistance class H — 180°C. The motor operates stably and is suitable for demanding aviation projects where power, service life and reliability are essential.

The motor support and cover are made of aluminum alloy, while the housing is made of carbon steel. The housing parts are electrolytically coated for reliable corrosion protection. The shaft is made of titanium alloy. VSV Motors 4535 is available in 500KV and 550KV versions, has a weight of 513 g, uses 698 bearings, and features 12 stator poles and 10 magnets.
