VSV Motors 4035 is a next-generation brushless motor designed for heavy UAVs and platforms with large propellers. Power up to 5680W ensures stable operation with large-scale rotors and high thrust rates even under significant loads. This is the optimal solution for industrial, specialized, and cargo platforms where reliability and torque are critical.
The oversized stator (40.6×35 mm) and 12N10P configuration provide efficient performance at low and medium RPMs. N52H arc magnets, Japanese MR148ZZ and 688ZZ bearings, a stainless steel shaft, and reinforced wiring guarantee durability, stability, and smooth rotation even when powered by up to 14S Li-Po.

Technical Assembly Recommendations:
- Frame and Propellers: Recommended propeller range is 25–28 inches. For 450KV — 27x8, 28x6, 28x7; for 520–560KV — 25x8, 26x6, 26x7, 27x7. This ensures maximum efficiency and stable thrust even for heavy platforms.
- Battery: For 560KV — 12S Li-Po, for 450KV — 12–14S Li-Po. This configuration allows the full potential of the motor to be reached without overloading the system.
- Electronic Speed Controllers (ESC): An ESC of at least 120A is recommended for stable operation under high loads. A high-quality ESC ensures smooth thrust control and increases the reliability of the entire system.
*Note: for best results, it is recommended to select a propeller according to the motor's KV and ensure effective cooling of the power system.
